I found fitness when I was 19. I joined a small gym back in Halifax, N.S. called NuBody’s and fell in love with anything that made me sweat. Over the years of a variety of training styles and many certifications from Crossfit level one, Post rehabilitation, Ashtanga Yoga, Olympic lifting, life coaching and multiple kettlebell courses I found a unique style between Hypertrophy and metabolic conditioning.
Everyday is a different workout and changes week to week. We need variety in order to stay engaged and get results.

Since becoming a trainer my love for the gym transformed into something much greater; I realized I wanted to share my passion and expertise with those who were willing to put in the work to find a stronger, happier version of themselves.

The passion is raw and real, just like the workouts.

"I began my athletic journey immersed in various sports from hockey to taekwondo, eventually finding my stride in MMA during college. After some thrilling bouts, I took a hiatus to recover and rediscovered my passion for Jiu-Jitsu. Whether it's Gi or No Gi, I'm fully dedicated. Excited to embark on the next chapter as a coach at Fuel House Jiu-Jitsu, where I aim to share my knowledge through both class instruction and private lessons."
